PCMS integration & health check
Why it matters
A PCMS should be a completion control system, not just a certificate repository. When the hierarchy, ITR logic, tag allocation or reporting rules are weak, project leaders receive late or misleading signals about readiness.
What we assess
System hierarchy, tag-to-system allocation, Inspection and Test Record (ITR) completeness, certification status, punch linkage, evidence latency, package/vendor close-out, skyline alignment, dashboard structure and data extraction rules.
Platform approach
Proofdatum is PCMS-agnostic and can work with ICAPS, PIMS, ProCoSys, WinPCS and client platforms. The focus is not replacing the tool; it is making the tool reliable for handover control.
Core outputs
PCMS health check, data remediation actions, reporting logic improvements, interface with P6, readiness dashboard specification and governance rules for maintaining data integrity.

How does PCMS Integration differ from Systems & Integration?
Our PCMS is already set up. What would a health check add?
When is the right time to set up or check the PCMS?
Do you take over the administration of our PCMS?
Which platforms does the team work with?
In practice
When the completion database no longer matches the plant
Completion systems populated early from immature engineering data drift quietly: by pre-commissioning, tag counts, check sheet allocations and system boundaries no longer reflect what is being built. A structured health check quantifies that drift and returns the database to a state where every completion claim made from it can be defended.
Test whether your completion system would stand up at handover.
